This is a vintage 60's retro 30's Art Deco glamour mint green chiffon garden party dress with long dark green velvet bow and Fortuny style pleated ruffle flounces ... excellent condition with no flaws to note with this garment ... the dress features a metal zipper at the back, sheer sleeves, full rayon lining, poet ruffles at the neck and collar, and a slight empire waist line, vintage 60's gathers at the elbows! and no snags in the chiffon!
