This is
a vintage 60's ball gown in excellent condition with no
flaws to note. This gown is unique and expertly tailored by
a professional seamstress for Mardi Gras in the 60's.. The
gown features a MOD band collar and key-hole neckline,
ornate golden lurex trim at the collar and waist, rear
zipper, sheer psychedelic nylon fabric accented with golden
lurex, sheer angel sleeves trimmed with marabou, fully lined
bodice and full sweep maxi-skirt, and sheer nylon fabric
printed with a muted orange, brown and gold psychedelic
design. The long skirt is shorter in the front and drapes to
a longer length at the sides and back. The angel sleeves can
be removed by a seamstress leaving a slim sleeve that bells
with a 6 inch ruffle.
