This is a vintage 70's dress in excellent condition with no flaws to note. The dress features a tab button front closure with secretarial attached scarf ties, blousy sleeves ending in elastic cuffs, elastic waist, blouson bodice with Art Deco pleated fabric, and polyester fabric printed with a pattern of blue forget-me-nots on a black background.
