This is a vintage 70's maxi-dress in excellent condition with no flaws to note. The dress features a three tiered elastic waist, semi-full maxi-skirt, halter ties at the shoulders, and semi-sheer nylon polyester fabric printed with a fabulous artistic array of spring blossoms on a background of grasses and foliage.
