This is a vintage 60's MOD dress in excellent condition with no flaws to note. No belt is included with this dress. When belted the skirt becomes a mini. The dress is a weight, quality and design reminiscent of Ossie Clark. The dress features a full lining, rear zipper, MOD shaped collar, cross your heart seaming at the bodice, fitted waist, MOD center front pleat skirt, and very heavy black rayon crepe fabric. The 5 inch long cuffs have 4 round fabric buttons with loops for the closure.
