This is a pair of rare black flares bell bottom pants
in excellent condition with no flaws to note. The
pants feature a wide band waistband with two button
front closure, cuffs, permanent center pleat, and
textured black doubleknit polyester fabric. The waist
sits at the waist and not above it as in a pair of
standard pants.
