This is a
vintage 60's pencil skirt in excellent condition with no flaws
to note. The skirt features a fitted waist, rear metal zipper,
center back kick pleat, pencil slim sheath silhouette, and jet
black rayon fabric with attached cha-cha fringe the full length
of the skirt.
