This is a vintage 60's blouse in excellent condition
with no flaws to note. The blouse features poet
ruffles at the neckline, elastic waist, poet sleeves ending in a one
button sleeve hem, lined bodice, and faux water silk black nylon
fabric. Bust goes no higher than 36 due to the slip over the head
design. Really cute with jeans and or a black velvet blazer.
