This is a vintage 70's or 80's tunic top in excellent
condition with no flaws to note. The blouse features a
v-neck both front and back, padded shoulders, hanky
pixie hem, and jet black polyester fabric trimmed with
flapper fringe arranged in chevron stripes. This could
function as a mini-dress on an average height or short
figure.
