cuffs and collar with sexy secretary
bow, and ribbed knit brown polyester
fabric. The skirt features an elastic
waist, a-line maxi silhouette, 6 buttons
at the front closure, WRAP construction,
and dark brown with ivory contrast knit
horizontal stripes fabric.
