This is an amazing vintage 70's cha-cha dress in
excellent condition with no flaws to note. The
dress features an off the shoulders peasant
bodice with 9 ½ inch ruffle trimmed with satin
ribbon, elastic waist, trimmed with a long
ribbon bow, and a SUPER FULL hanky-hem skirt
composed of two layers. The underskirt is lace
trimmed cotton and the spectacular over-skirt is
nylon lace with pin-tucks cotton inserts. The
floral lace is a latticework of blossoms. The
dress is rather heavy.
